Brow Prepping

Did you know……the brows buildup with any access makeup,creams, dirt without even realising it!

Cleaning your brows is a really important step before getting the tweezers out on any unwanted hairs.

This will keep them clean and looking healthy, plus stimulating hair growth.

What you will need

  • Gentle facial cleanser (avoid harsh products as this will strips the natural oils in your brows making them sore, dry and flaky)

  • Brow/clean mascara brush

  • Flannel/face sponge

  • Coconut oil or olive oil

  • Tea Tree oil

  • Tissue

Directions

  • Apply a small amount of face wash to your skin, and work with your fingers (making sure your hands are clean first) in small circles, using light pressures (don`t forget the brows) before rinsing.

  • Gently blot your face and brows with either a flannel or face sponge which has been soaked in warm water.

  • Let your face air dry, but pat your brows dry with a small piece of tissue

  • Mix 1 drops of tea tree oil and 1 tablespoons of the base/carrier oil in either a small bowl or saucer. Using either a brush or your finger work a small amount into the brows, making sure it gets right into the roots.

    The oils will gentle remove any dandruff, dead skin and nourish.

  • Leave over night or for a couple of hours and pat off excess oil on brows if need be.

  • This can be part of your facial daily routine morning or night.

    * Do not over work or use hard pressure as this may irritate the brows. *
