It is the responsibility of the named person on the booking form to understand, agree, and accept responsibility for all booking conditions, including all payments due by specified dates. By proceeding to pay a deposit, you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by these conditions.

Minimum Booking  Makeup artist requires a minimum booking of 3 adult clients (including bride)

Booking your wedding date & trial  

A non refundable deposit of £25 is required to secure your wedding date and this will be deducted from the final total.

The booking is not secured until the deposit is paid. There are no provisional bookings.

Trial fees are separate. The charge will be 60p per mile from Ivybridge.

Wedding day The final and remaining balance set out on your invoice can be paid either on the day or in the lead up.

Cancellations by client  If the client decides to cancel my services or the wedding has been cancelled for any reason and have already paid the balance in full, I will only refund 25 % of this. I am under no obligation to refund full payments to clients who want to cancel due to changing there minds. I will only refund the 25 % once I have been able to fill the date with another wedding booking.

If you are cancelling 2 weeks before your wedding day, you will not receive any refund.

Cancellations by Makeup Artist  In the highly unlikely event of an emergency or illness on the part of the makeup artist, They will make every effort to find you an equally capable replacement artist who will fully briefed on your and your bridal parties looks, otherwise a full refund will be given.

Bank Holidays  May incur an additional charge of £50 for Weddings on Bank Holidays

Client Responsibility  It’s the clients responsibly to make the artist aware of any known allergies/sensitivities/skin conditions that they or their bridal party may have before any services are carried out.  This includes before/during the trial and after if any sensitivities/problems have been found.  If on the rare occasion that any of the bridal party have any contagious skin infections artist will refuse service.

The makeup artist cannot be held liable for sensitivities, allergies or skin/medical conditions that may affect the use of their products. Any losses will not be their responsibility due to the clients failure to inform or miss communication.

Time Delays The makeup artist will not be held responsible for any delays caused by events beyond their control.  If you are aware of factors, which could delay or hinder the makeup artist journey, such as diversions, road closures, speed restrictions, sat nav issues etc. please advise as soon as possible so that this can be factored into the journey.

Photography  To increase my portfolio, the client agrees that the makeup artist may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist’s website and social media pages.  Professional photographs by your photographer will also be requested.

The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members the party for, but not limited to, infectious conditions / abusive and threatening behaviour.
