The most important thing is protection against the sun and environment, I recommend applying moisturisers with vitamin E as this is an anti-oxidedent.

A balanced diet, regular light exercises and stretching muscles to help performance and reduce necessary injury. Keep the body and face constantly hydrated to clear toxinsand encourage you to work more efficiently.
Over time you will notice an increase in elasticity and radiance.

The skin is under hormone and nervous control, so remember that it is not just about products but also about taking precious time out for yourself to breath and relax.

Reducing stress as much as you can will help you to control your hormone levels.

The truth is, your skin is under hormone and nervous control!

This means that many factors in life including genetics play their part in determining your skin type(s). It's important not to put your skin in a box and get sucked up into thinking you are only one skin type as you it's far more complex than that. 

I always look at my T-zone area to determine what category I fall into and then check the rest of the face to see if it matches. you need to ask your self a few questions to figure this out.  

 

Q1. How does my skin feel to touch?

Q2. How does moisturizer absorb into my skin?

Q3. Does my skin react to certain products?

There are many more questions you can ask to figure out your main concern areas. But what is important here is that you keep it simple.  

I find brain storming(or mind mapping as its called now) gives you a good visual idea of which direction you want to go down with regards to treating your skin. Any concerns that you can't manage Is best seeking advice from the doctor or dermatologist.

 Top tips for all skin types

Drink plenty of water. 

Take makeup off every night to stop the build up of bacteria. 

Adjust your skincare routine to suit the weather. 

Use sunscreen all year round to prevent premature aging. 

Book a facial every season. 

Give your face a boost of vitamins by putting on night cream when going to Bed as your pores open through sweating at night and will absorb the goodness in the cream better than in the day.
